Started my morning with a 5k on the treadmill, 37 minutes!! Not my best time ever but I watch the clock too much in the gym vs just out on the open road!!
Hoping to really ramp up my cardio (plus strength training 3x per week along with shorter cardio those days) and shed a few more pounds and get to ONEderland!! Hovering at 201/202 right now!

I am new to the exercise forum...
Today I did 30 minutes on the rowing machine at the gym 4800 meters done.
I also started the 2nd week of my couch to 5K and I did great!
Water aerobics for 30 minutes.
I need to really start pushing myself. I feel so tired in the mornings and I make excuses, but once I "force" myself into the gym, I feel wonderful! I love when my body gets all sweaty! lol

spin class this AM followed by a 5K brick on the treadmill.... slowly getting back to Tri form, don't know if it will be enough for the Peachtree Tri as it is now less than 2 weeks, but i should be ok.
Where are we going?? And why am I in this handbasket??

FUN class - I'm going to have to work this one into my schedule somehow~!
"Spinnerval" - spin 3 songs, then 3 stations of 30 sec each 2 rounds (today was squat row w/ resistance bands, pushup / side plank, plank tilt), then spin 2-3 songs, circuits, then finish with spin. It was awesome!
Plan to swim a little when I get home, but probably not enough to write home about
