P90X

What equipment do I need to do this? I have the Cd's and the book. What else can you use for now instead of the chin up bar. My arms are way weak

There is an option shown in P90X to use the resistance band in lieu of the pull up bar.

You can buy resistance bands at most discount and sporting good stores.  I bought the ones from Beach Body-and I've owned several over the years...these are the best ever.
