Monday workouts

got in a 60 min spin class, 1 mile brick, and then about 50 min of strength training.  off to Hilton Head tomorrow for vacation :)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

So proud of myself for getting consistent again with my workouts!  Friday, ran, Saturday did P90X arms/shoulder workout, yesterday power walked....and today

Boot camp at 5:30

I am sore head to toe--but I like that feeling!

 3 mile run on the treadmill.  Felt good to get back to running, even if it was on the treadmill.

1 hour aerobic dance, 30 minutes interval training.

walked 2.5 miles and ran 3.25 miles

Very hot here. It was still in the mid 90's at 8:30 at night but that is better than the 105 we had earlier. We need rain bad, our crops are not going to make it
