warm up spin then timed intervals:
jumps / hovers
seated hill climbs
standing hill climbs
seated sprints
standing hill sprints

then strength - 4  stations, 8 reps, 5 rounds
walking pushups
20lb dumb bell thrusters (first 3 rounds, 15lb the next 2)
plank pulls
reverse jump lunge

Just 1/2 hour on bike this afternoon.  My behind is so sore!  Be back again tomorrow.

2.56 miles in 45 minutes on treadmill plus 5 min warm up 5 min cooldown. Did a minute of running every 10 minutes, not bad for 3 weeks post op

 A little over a mile sprint on the TM as a warm up for

Crazy Monster Cardio Circuit (trx stations, pushing and pulling huge tires, ropes, etc....OUCH). Probably the toughest workout ive done in a long time.

Was grateful to squeeze in 40 minutes on the elliptical for crosstrain day. 

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

40 minutes this morning of walking before it got to hot, and then 45 minutes tonight of Zumba. Did some weights for legs and arms before the class.   Was very warm in the gym tonight. WOW!

Again had to run late tonight since it is so hot. Ran 3.25 miles and walked 1 mile. Need to pick up some speed somehow

An hour of aqua zumba in the outdoor pool. It was fun!
