Saturday Workout

 Well I am not one to get up early to go run, but I am running with a new group and the run started at 6:00am this morning, so I was up and out of the house by 5:15am.  Did a 10 mile run with a negative split on the last mile of 7:55. It was a great day of running.

Followed up this afternoon by a 900m swim.

Got in 7 miles this morning. Was supposed to go for 8 but the rain and thunder started. So I will take my 7 and be grateful I didn't have to use the dreadmill.  Actually, I am suprised I can move after boot camp work out yesterday. I am sore!!!! :-)

ran 3.25 miles (except a couple min) on gravel and hills. Really struggled that is why I walked those couple min. My calves are killing me. They are so tight and I'm even getting a lot of charlie horses esp at night. This has been happening since I ran stairs on Wed night. i will try do some more tonight, at least walking.

90 min grind on the bike trainer, endurance with intervals...  flying over the pond again tomorrow, hope to get a swim in the morning before i have to go to the airport tomorrow night.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

 73 miles on bike...43 with husband, followed by 30-mile solo ride.  Planning on 50 miles tomorrow per training plan.  Yay.

 Absolutely nothing, my feet are still a mess.  Grrrr.  This is my last week before surgery and my husband is TDY so somehow I think this is not going to be a good week.
