Saturday Workout
Well I am not one to get up early to go run, but I am running with a new group and the run started at 6:00am this morning, so I was up and out of the house by 5:15am. Did a 10 mile run with a negative split on the last mile of 7:55. It was a great day of running.
Followed up this afternoon by a 900m swim.

ran 3.25 miles (except a couple min) on gravel and hills. Really struggled that is why I walked those couple min. My calves are killing me. They are so tight and I'm even getting a lot of charlie horses esp at night. This has been happening since I ran stairs on Wed night. i will try do some more tonight, at least walking.

Absolutely nothing, my feet are still a mess. Grrrr. This is my last week before surgery and my husband is TDY so somehow I think this is not going to be a good week.
