I ran 5.5 miles this morning in 45:51 then did 750 jump ropes. 6 x 100 and last set was 150. After that I taught my 5:45am Spin Class.

Well I was supposed to do another 4.5 mile bike and 4.5 mile run. BUT the kettlebell workout yesterday made my hamstrings toast. So I'm doing 4 miles on the elliptical and 500 yd swim.
