FRIDAY WORKOUTS ...C'MON EVERYONE!
30 minutes of strength training. Yes, you heard it here. I have started to add weight lifting to my weekly exercise. I need to bulk up my chest a bit. My wife says I am tiny. After that did stair climber for 20 minutes.
