After being so disappointed about not being so good on the bike, I have not given up (thanks to the encouragement from here, largely). Anyway, yesterday I biked 23 minutes. Today, 41 minutes, AND, my sister didn't have to hold my bike very much when I started. She just lightly had her hand on it, and I was off. It's getting better every day!!!!!!!!!!!
