Looking for the best weight training websites
I am looking to tone up and get leaner (not lose more weight and not bulk up). But I'm having trouble sorting through the masses of conflicting info on the web.
For those of you weight train, what websites do you use and find most helpful? So far I'm using bodybuilding.com which seems pretty good (and lots of free plans and such).
TIA!

Pick up a copy of New Rules of Lifting for Women. It's a great book and has helped me.

Thanks for the website suggestion. I am indeed female. As a former powerlifter, I bulked up big time, so it's a myth that women can't bulk up. This is based on my own experience so I know for me, I can bulk up a lot if I don't do it right.
