Thursday workouts!
I worked out after work last night at midnight - is that yesterday or today?
Did 5 sets of 2 min of running (5.3 - 7.5 various times at each speed though) ; then 5 minutes on the elliptical for .21 miles at 8 resistance, 142 minimum speed; then 5 minutes on stationary bike - aimed for 15 but it was killing my knee. weird.
Today - as in this afternoon - 30 min spin class that had me so sweaty I had to wipe the bike frame and floor. Good stuff
