The Firm workout

Hi Everyone -

Does anyone enjoy The Firm workouts?  I have quite a few DVD's but I am not able to do them anymore because of my Rheumatoid Arthritis, and I am wondering were I can offer these that they will get to the people who would like them.

Try www.freecycle.org it's a on line yahoo group. You have to join, then you can put post on for anything you want to offer for free. It has to be totally free and not a animal. You can also view other's offers. It's a great place to exchange items. I usually respond to the reply I like best, and leave it on my porch for pick up. I've never had a problem and have gotten some great things over the years!
