Bootcamp Saturday-so sore, my hair is the only part of me that doesn't hurt.

35 min easy run this am. More packing and moving tonight. Blech.

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

 1 Hour of P90x this morning (Week 3!)  Pushups/Pullups.

Thinking I will go run on the treadmill tonight after work, 5k!

 managed to complete my 18 mile long run, second to last before ironman.  18 miles.  Used galloway method witha 4:1 ratio (4 minutes running, 1 minute walking) which is going to be my strategy in IM, since I am utterly undertrained.  Feel surprisingly good!

PT - ladder - 10,20,30,20,10 reps
35lb dumb bell swing
45lb dip / press
med ball pushups
20lb overhead extensions

Then treadmill variety - side shuffle at 3.0mph, 2% incline, 30 sec each side a couple of times; walk 9% @3.5; walk 11% @3.5, walk 15% @3.5; side shuffle 30 sec each side at 9% slow speed; back tread at 2.4mph 7%, etc etc (in other words, I have no idea what else she did to me!)
