11/16/12 - Got my Body by Sauceda - arms, Bl/BA, LBL, thigh lift.
HW 420/ SW 335 /CW 200 85 lbs lost pre-op / 135 post op

managed to complete my 18 mile long run, second to last before ironman. 18 miles. Used galloway method witha 4:1 ratio (4 minutes running, 1 minute walking) which is going to be my strategy in IM, since I am utterly undertrained. Feel surprisingly good!

PT - ladder - 10,20,30,20,10 reps
35lb dumb bell swing
45lb dip / press
med ball pushups
20lb overhead extensions
Then treadmill variety - side shuffle at 3.0mph, 2% incline, 30 sec each side a couple of times; walk 9% @3.5; walk 11% @3.5, walk 15% @3.5; side shuffle 30 sec each side at 9% slow speed; back tread at 2.4mph 7%, etc etc (in other words, I have no idea what else she did to me!)
