Ok, will kick it off for the week.

1 hour of P90x Disk 1 workout (Chest/Shoulders I think is name) where you do pull-ups, Chin-ups and such.

8 minutes (out of the 15) of Ab Ripper X, and then I was done for....

3.25 Miles at lunchtime running, just under 36 minutes for the 5k according to EndoMondo GPS readout!

I think that is enough for today....

RUNNING AND P90X?!!  I would be dead.

Tonight I'll do P90X+ upper body and abs.  And water my garden-we aren't getting any rain this week, so I'll have to water with the hose.  That isn't exercise, but the garden is right outside the basement door-right next to where I exercise, so the two are tied together in my brain.

Have a great day!

P.S. bought a Groupon today for 12 bootcamp sessions at a local gym.  Looking forward to trying something new.

30 min. elliptical at 7.7mph with hill intervals
3 sets of tricep dips at 60, 40, 40 reps respectively
5 sets of leg lifts

After work will be deadlifts, weighted lunges, and squats. Really trying to keep myself busy and avoid stress eating this week. Things are really tough at work right now and exercise is about the only thing that helps.

in a hotel again this week, this time with my daughter at her gymnastics camp...

was able to stretch a long lunch into 60 min of strength training + 60 min of spinning on one of the new livestrong interactive spin bikes, not bad.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

2 mile run this morning. I've cut off 2:28 from a week ago and have dropped 6 pounds already. Man, I forgot how much I enjoy this stuff! :) Might go for a slow and easy run tonight, schedule depending.

workout with the trainer. I don't remember the time we did on the TM, but it was hills. I think it was 5.0 speed with 30 sec at ea*****line (4,5,7, 9) and then after a 45 sec 2.0 incline walk do the inclines again at 5.5. I was supposed to do 3 min at 7.o, but my legs and lungs were done so I did 1 min at 6.0. Dang

Then - 1min at each station, 3 rounds
- 15lb chest fly
- 15lb thruster drop downs
- jump pullups
- decline sit ups

 Total slacker day!

Hamstring still a bit sore and I fly out to vegas tomorrow. Already set up for some spin classes and swim days while there.

Had to get a drug test for a possible new company.  So with bus pass in hand, I rode the bike to the bus stop, got on the bus...Rode to the clinic in Modesto...Then back again.  I rode on a nice, new bike trail getting there.  They are extending it over a major traffic artery on Saturday (about a million dollar bridge).  About 9-10 miles total...To pee in a cup!!
