Saturday workouts!
I've never posted this thread before so I hope I'm not stepping on any toes... Just didn't see it yet so thought I'd do it.
I'm STOKED this morning- started P90 and felt great during and after. Kickin' ass and takin' names! Off to mini golf and go-karts. IT FEELS SO GOOD TO BE ACTIVE AND GET MY BUTT OFF THE COUCH!

long ride for me, though I got a flat and cut tire at the top of a big hill, so I had to wait for my awesome wife to bring me a spare wheel I keep. Was still able to get 65 in.

Karate Class with my boys for Fathers day weekend.
Pulled Hamstring doing front kicks so probably take it easy for a day or so.

I'm definitely getting results with P90! In the first five weeks I lost 12 pounds (I'm pre-op, following a high protein, low sugar, low fat diet) and went from being able to do maybe three pushups on my knees to eight standard pushups. I feel great, and I'm planning to move to level 3-4 this week.
P90X looked completely out of my league, and I'm glad I started with P90 instead.
Enjoy the program!
