I've never posted this thread before so I hope I'm not stepping on any toes... Just didn't see it yet so thought I'd do it.

I'm STOKED this morning- started P90 and felt great during and after. Kickin' ass and takin' names! Off to mini golf and go-karts. IT FEELS SO GOOD TO BE ACTIVE AND GET MY BUTT OFF THE COUCH!

Next!

long ride for me, though I got a flat and cut tire at the top of a big hill, so I had to wait for my awesome wife to bring me a spare wheel I keep.  Was still able to get 65 in.

Hey, Solstyce, I'm another P90 person! I just finished up week 5 of level 1-2 today. Also did a Kundalini Yoga set.

Awesome! How do you feel at week five? Have you noticed a difference in weight loss, overall energy, muscles?! I'm glad I started with P90... P90x looks extremely intense for now but I'm looking forward to it!

I'm definitely getting results with P90! In the first five weeks I lost 12 pounds (I'm pre-op, following a high protein, low sugar, low fat diet) and went from being able to do maybe three pushups on my knees to eight standard pushups. I feel great, and I'm planning to move to level 3-4 this week.

P90X looked completely out of my league, and I'm glad I started with P90 instead.

Enjoy the program!
