TGIF workouts :)
Just cardio this morning. 30 min at 7/mph on the elliptical, with hill intervals to amp up the difficulty.
Really want to weight train today but haven't taken a rest day in several weeks and I can feel my body getting overtired. I'll go get lots of groceries after work and walk up the giant hill home. It's only a 1/2 mile and about 20 lbs. of weight, but at least it is something.

Strength was ok, took me a while to get the right form for clean and press, but I finally did it.
4 stations with decreasing reps (10,9,8,...)
45lb clean and press
bicep curl (forget the weight of the bar, but it was +10lbs)
45lb dead lift row
tricep extension- first 3 sets w/10lb, then w/ 15lb
The sucky part was she asked me to run 12 minutes, Tuesday I ran 11 w/ pretty much no problem. Today I had to take 3 quick water breaks and catch my breath. They were 10secs or less, but still ticked me off. 5.0 for the first 10min, 5.5 for the last 2.
