Started the day off with 5 miles on the Greenway. For me it was a major breakthrough in that I was able to pull off a sub 10 mm avg.  With miles 4 and 5 being negative splits.

*Elliptical 7mph / 30 min.

*4 sets of deadlifts @5 reps per set, increasing weight in 10 lb. increments from 120-150.

*3 sets tricep dips @ 50, 40, and 30 reps.

Paul, you are so far out of my league, I don't even know what this means:

that I was able to pull off a sub 10 mm avg.  With miles 4 and 5 being negative splits.

Rest day for me....and tomorrow, and Thursday-have functions to attend each day after work, so Friday will resume with a good run.

(See?  I AM A SLACKER...........AAGGGHHHH!!!)

I feel silly sometimes but I am ridiculously happy with my workout today!
1hr with the PT
5 min warm up - 3.5 on TM

THEN I JOGGED 11 Minutes!! A MILE!! At 5.0 for 10min, 5.5 the last minute. I paused it about 20secs to get a drink of water at the 5minute mark. I am STOKED

Then the workout- 3 rounds 21, 15, 9
55lb Thrusters
Push ups (smith machine) with med ball under feet
box jumps
bicycle crunches
and then jump rope 50x between each set. I can't jump rope... oh wait, I haven't been able to jump rope BEFORE TODAY! I did around 30-33 in a row each of the 3 sets.

Very happy. And my trainer was happy for me and said she was really proud of me, etc. I am such a people pleaser, her saying that made my day.

No ... jogging a full mile made my day!!

2.1 mile jog at 7:30 p.m. The pooch hates me for bringing her along- bringing her on my cardio workouts is a real "drag" sometimes!
