PT workout -
3 min warm up on elliptical
6 rounds, 8 reps each
12" box jumps,  low back machine w/ 15lb rows 2 rounds, then 20lb; 40lb dumbbell swing, last 3 rounds 45lbs; 20lb dumb bell chest press

THEN -  45 sec sprints, 15sec recovery on treadmill - 10x ;  started at 6.0 and worked up to 7.0!!

Walked 5 miles then tonite ran  1 1/2 miles and walked 1/2.

 10 miles on the stationary bike this morning and thought my legs would fall off.  Definately time to get back to spinning and cross training!!

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

I did a 4.6 miles run outside. I don't run much outside and it got hot, hot on the way back. I'm working second shift so now that it's hot I'll have to be careful about running outside. I've got another 10k in late June so I do need to train outside though. Other than the heat, it felt good.

I usually do yoga when I get home but I wimped out tonight. My time of the month and I don't want to do ab work with cramps.

 It was not the run I'd hoped for, but I spent 3 hours doing some serious cleaning/packing/organizing in my house since my landlord wants to start showing my apartment.  It was some kind of workout.
