Well It's Saturday morning, so you know what that means...RACE TIME.  No mud or fire this morning, just a Chick Filet 5K....wonderful husband is hanging with the girls so mommy can have some me time at the race....perhaps when you choose to spend "Me" time at a 5K it's becoming an addiction?  But not a bad one to have I guess...Have a great memorial day weekend!

How was the race???  I can totally relate to the exercise addiction!

I rode my normal 42-mile group ride this am, & totally excited cause I get to do drills with a coach this afternoon.  Hard to believe I'm this addicted to cycling--love it!

Ran 3 miles tonight with hills. Just getting back in shape after my panni and hernia repair. It was a long haul to get back to this point. Want to run some 5k's this summer.
