I'm hoping ya'll can relate.  I just shattered my fastest time on 3 miles.  Previous to this run the fastest I'd run is a 14:25 min/mile.  I just finished this run at a 13:48!

My splits were:

mile 1 13:32
Mile 2  13:38
Mile 3 14:13

I realize I won't improve it big jumps like that often so I thought I'd revel in it when it happened!

That's my goal I want to get my 5k time under 30 min.  Now for my 1/2 and 10 miler time I want it under 12 min by Oct.  Hopefully doable.
