Today was 60 minute spin class AT Intervals doing what he calls Crazy 8s.  I like to call it hoping for Death!

60 min spin class (same as paul), pretty nasty one today.  followed by 60 min of strength training.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Did my first "distance" run today. 4 miles in 46 minutes, I am loving this Garmin watch! 11:25 average pace, the last half mile was tough. I feel like my posture is changing with my weight decreasing so I kept running too far upright and it was making my back hurt; does that even make sense?

 3mile run follow by a nap and night shift.  :-)

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

Upper body weight training tonight for an hour.  Will warm up with about 20 mins on elliptical.

I did the first day of C25K last night so I may lay of the little bit of running I do on the treadmill before lifting

another rest day.... but starting Sunday I am back to 5 days a week. I hope to get to swim Friday and Saturday if it ever stops storming (welcome to the Sunshine State - home of the afternoon thunderstorm)
