It's been a couple weeks
Not that I haven't been working out, somehow I have lost the five mins to post. So I decided to take a min...I am feeling very accomplished since April 30th, I have done the following:
-Completed a 5K with my nephew and sister with my best PR (42 min)
-Completed a Rugged Maniac Mud Race (5K about 15 obstacles) -in 1 hr 10 mins
-Celebrated my 35th birthday-In Las Vegas!
-Completed a Warrior Dash (5K about 15 obstacles)- in 1 hr 7 mins
- And signed up today to run another 5K this weekend.
Now those are just the races, I have only taken off about 5 days of rest and most days have been 2 a day workouts with Crossfit.
Speaking of, my Crossfit PR this month:
Front Squat-Rocked 110#
Push Press- Rocked 75#
Yesterday I cranked out 75 on the split jerk...
Okay think I am caught up now.
