40 mins on Arc Machine (like an elliptical)
30-60 mins on the recumbant bike
may skip walking / jogging since it is raining outside
b100 balance ball crunches

Took the Garmin out for a quick 1.4 mile run today. Its lightly raining and my 3 year old is sick so this was a guilty pleasure, quick deal to play with the watch. 15 minutes! Ran a sub 11 minute mile for the first time ever, watch definitely helped me push my pace a bit!
