Running Question - Jiggly Belly :(
I started the couch to 5k training program today (1.5+ miles, and I feel great!), but the only thing that bothered me is that my belly kept bouncing. Any recommendations to keep it from jiggling so much? It didn't hurt, but when I started to run I ended up focusing on that rather than the running. Thanks!
Compression garments will become your fitness friend. Buy them at least 1 size smaller than you wear, but if you can do 2 sizes smaller and still breath it may be better. You don't have to get UA brand or Nike. I get mine at Kohls.

I tried to keep it bay with compression garmants but I didn't like the feeling. I just let it flop.

Compression garments are the way to go if you don't mind being slightly constricted. I buy mine at either KOHL's or Walmart. Both work equally as well for me. I run in them and swim in them. I don't have a lot of excess skin, but it controls what I do have nicely.
