Friday Workouts!
Ended the work week with a nice 60 minute run. was good for a bit over 5.3 miles. Not the fastest but has been the first thing I have done this week.

Started speedwork on the dreadmill today. Ran for 30 minutes, 6 intervals: 4 minutes at 5.2, 1 minute at 6.6. 6.6 is like a SPRINT for me...I cannot understand how people can run that fast as their normal pace. My head was soaked like I had ran in a downpour. After that I walked on an incline for 10 minutes and cooled down for 5. Also took the kids for a 1.5 mile walk before dinner.
