worked out with the trainer, had to change the ending from TM sprint intervals to core stuff because my legs were so fatigued.
Really ticks me off. *sigh*
So strict rest on the legs for the rest of today and tomorrow early - tomorrow afternoon the trainer again and she said we are going to "do a 5k her way". Oh boy.
