Monday workouts
Plyometrics from P90X then some upperbody and ab work, Just did a bunch of different crunches and leg lifts followed by shoulder presses and push-ups. When sweat drips off the tip of your nose, you know you've done well.

I thought I was going to run, and then ran for about oooohh, one minute, and realized my legs were still recovering from yesterday's hike. So...managed to force myself to walk on the TM for 40 minutes. That was painful.

Hour bike ride with my son. He just purchased a new road bike, so he can get into shape and do a century ride with me this summer. Life is good.
