 Went to the beach, walked, swam had a blast with the kids.  Tomorrow I start a half-marathon training regimin.

I had just done my long weekend run on the Saturday so on Sunday morning I just walked the neighborhood with my husband and son.  It was gorgeous weather and a little cooler that it had been. Made for a GREAT way to start the day.
