4 mile run tonight. Don't know what I did but my back cramped up and is now really tight/sore.

Worked out with the trainer -
about 12 min on the elliptical - sprint intervals with increasing resistance
Dead lift rows (60lbs), med ball pushups, reverse lunge with lateral raise (5lb dumb bells), incline fly (15lb dumb bells)
Also "sprinted" (my sprint is slow, but it was fast as I could go) 4 big flights of stairs, jogged 4 flights
