sunday workouts
75 min on the trainer this morning.
i'm heading out of the country tonight so may have difficulty updating the board, but will squeeze my workouts in. i'm actually a bit stressed with travel and training, this week i'm in England, next week vegas, and then the week after Toronto. i have dates with a lot of hotel gyms in my future :).

I am jogging stairs at work tonight. Slow night
Planning either intervals at the gym or walking the dogs after work.
Yesterday I took the dogs for a 1.9 mile walk / jog / run, then I swam 320yds with upper body drills,freestyle, backstroke, breast stroke; did some aquatic exercises for abs and back, and very little water treading
