TGIF Workouts!
Made the mistake of asking my trainer questions about aerobic vs anaerobic exercise, etc.
She had me put on the HRM that syncs to our machines and had me do 20 minutes of sprint intervals on the elliptical. I get it now lol
Trainer:
Elliptical 20minutes - w/ heart rate monitor; .71 miles; 45sec sprint, 15 sec recovery a couple of times, 30 sec fast 10sec recovery a few, 2 min fast 15 sec recovery, sprints / etc etc
21, 15, 9 reps
45lb dip press , 35lb sumo squat high pull, jump pull ups, decline sit ups (declined all the way!!)
