 Krav Maga for an hour, back to running tomorrow after "pulling" right calf muscle on Monday (Day 1 of Week 3, C25k)

Tomorrow's run should be fun, will be at the beach, always wanted to jog down the shore (on the HARD sand...soft stuff would be rough!)
