Workout ideas

 I have a few treadmill walking workouts but am struggling to get more strength training in.   Does anyone have any websites/ideas etc that they would be willing to share

 Best workout ideas and useful tips 
1. Never do exercise or workout with empty stomach, must eat 2 boiled potatoes or bananas 
2. First do warm up, whi*****ludes running, push ups and cycling 
3. Dont ever try to lift weight which you cant handel, intead takel ight weight and do more sets. 
4. During workout dont hold your breath, one must continue its breathign while workout .
5. Dont drink access water during workout, instead drink on regular interval

Can you do some squats? You can try doing them on a chair, and as you progress you can do them without the chair. Push-ups are also excellent. Try to do them against a door frame at first, then move to something lower like a desk, and so on.
