workout with PT
warm up - 15min treadmill hill climbs; 3mph incline 5-15% (just over 1.6 mile)
30 sec sets, 6 rounds, 5 stations
- box jump ups (3 rounds jump, 3 rounds jump w/8lb med ball)
- 45lb thrusters
- 2 jump jacks / 2 star jumps
- push up side planks on bar (set at level 3 I think)
- curtsy lunges w/ 10 lb overhead press
cool down - bike 1.25 miles (level 4,3,2,1)
warm up - 15min treadmill hill climbs; 3mph incline 5-15% (just over 1.6 mile)

4.3 mile run this morning. It wasn't fast but I felt really good at the end. That is my second longest run of the year.
