brutal spin class this morning, followed by 60 min of strength training.  anybody else moving today?

yesterday I did a 30 mile bike ride followed by a 2 mile brick run

today I did an 1850 meter swim

 I did a 5 mile hike yesterday. 

Today was a 12 mile ride, followed by a 3 mile run.

 3300 yard swim for me and a 1 mile run, plus a limited chest and arms routine.  Cut way back on lifting now that I am up in volume for IM training.
