4 miles on the TM this morning followed by 60 minutes of strength training.  i'm actually enjoying taking some time off from serious endurance event training, a lot less stressful trying to fit everything in :)

Row machine this AM...20 mins of one min on and then rest one min...went 2400M....heading to crossfit at 5PM...sprint day along with a WOD of nothing but toes to bar....
