Friday Workouts
I ran about a mile on a trail on my neighbors property. I really hammered the fairly substancial down hills and felt pretty good even though it was a short run.

From last 6 month I go to gym and do some workouts that would help in making my body and for making muscles. So i had prepard my weekly workout plan here is the plan
1. Monday :- Shoulder
2. Tuesday :- Chest and Triceps
3. Wednesday :- Back and biceps
4. Thursday :- Biceps
5. Friday :- Triceps
7 Saturday :- only warm up
8 Sunday :- Rest
My diet include fruits, vegetables, eggs and food that contain low fat and more nutritious.
