weight training circuit

I want to get into using circuit weight training that is fairly intense for about an hour worth of workout.  Can anyone suggest a plan or site to go to to find one?

Do you belong to a gym?  I know both Gold's and Planet Fitness have circuits set up. Sorry I can't help more!
