CrossFit Anyone?
So I'm thinking of starting to do CrossFit 2 days a week. It's offered free through our base fitness center. Any thoughts?
I can make it through P90X Plyo (though I have to modify some and I look like death when I'm done) so I'm hoping I'm up to it.
