CrossFit Anyone?

 So I'm thinking of starting to do CrossFit 2 days a week.  It's offered free through our base fitness center.  Any thoughts?  

I can make it through P90X Plyo (though I have to modify some and I look like death when I'm done) so I'm hoping I'm up to it.

DO IT! Everything can be tailored to where you body is at, and it's so much fun! I love CrossFit!

I've done it too! Danni is right, a good trainer can scale all of the exercises / lifts for you. It's a great workout!
