 3000 yard swim in about 65 minutes, and a 30 minute 5k right afterward.  One of those workouts that hits you a few hours afterward for sure...

Light exercise all day...  Rode to the flea market...About 1 mile each way.  Rode to the coffee shop and bank...about 2.5 miles each way.  Rode to the local high school and watched a baseball game for an hour...1 mile each way.  Total about 9 miles + alittle lawn mowing and weedeating...

60 minute spin class. I knew it was going to be a packed room as it was lead by two popular instructors, like a changing of the guard, so I showed up early and did a 30 minute warm up.

 As i am going to gym from last 6 monthI have prepared my weekly schedule and I follow it regulalry. According to my schedule on Tuesday I do chest and triceps workout. Firstly I do  warm whi*****lude running and 3 sets of push ups. After that I do weight lifting on bench, that include 6 sets, both straight and incline, then 3 sets of butterfly, 6 sets of triceps whi*****lude pully.
