The best one is the one you wil do all the time.  Give your Wii a try and see if you like it.
What I like and what you like might be two different things.  The Wii may be the perfect starting point for you, and you can always progress to something harder as you get stronger or get used to the workouts.

The P90x is pretty intense, but it is segmented, so if you felt like you wanted to do more ab work, you could just play that particular DVD.
If you look around you may be able to find their old series, it was from beach bodies I believe and their ab workout was called ab ripper.  http://www.amazon.com/Beach-Body-Ripper-100-200/dp/B000YF9NVS

Core workout is very important for the rest of your body as well.  If your core is strong then you have a good base to support and work on the rest.

As for the skin issue, unfortunately you can't exercise skin.  The best you can do is to build some muscle under it, but if you were pretty large in the abdomen area, then you probably won't be able to build up an equivalent muscle mass compared to the fat that was there.

Some people will naturally lose a lot of the extra skin.  I have a lady at my local support group who didn't do a lick of exercise and most of her extra skin is gone.  Genetics, how much you stretched it and for how long are big factors.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!

Whichever you like-but don't limit yourself to one type of workout.  You'll want to "mix it up" and keep the body guessing.  Incorporate yoga, cardio and weight training for a well rounded workout routine.

I've done them all-here's my take:

Jillian Michaels-got bored easily and did not find the workouts very challenging.

Wii-way too easy for me and I do not like the balance board.

P90X-LOVE IT!  I started with Power90, the precursor to P90X.  Then I went to P90X, then got P90X+ and now P90X2.  The workouts are very challenging, fun and by far have done the most for me as far as developing muscle.

I also run, hike and do yoga.....oh, and mow grass now that the warm weather has arrived!

The key to long term comittment to exercise is to find activities that you enjoy doing.

I love my P90X workouts.  I don't do the complete thing right now I use ab ripper X (once I'm 6 weeks out I'll be back to it), shoulders & arms (I really struggle with these 2) and legs and back.  I also do Zumba (using my Xbox 360), run/walk and kettlebells (LOVE THEM).  I'm definitely still in the process of losing but for every 10lbs I lose I notice a definite kick up in my ability to exercise and improve.  I get bored doing the same thing every day so I have to mix it up.  And I think my body like that too!

As for Jillian, I find most of her videos exceedingly boring and her kettlebell routine is downright dangerous.
I do have a few Bob DVDs thrown in that I use too, his ab workouts are a nice addition to ab ripper and I like his kettlebell routine (be prepared that it will be really difficult to go up stairs and sit for a day or so after!) which is actually taught correctly.
