1 leg workout, I Fubarred the left achilles running the other day.  So my leg is wrapped and getting iced as much as possible.  I'm basically hobbling around work like a zombie dragging one leg behind me.


The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!

 I did the first day of week TWO of C25K at lunch time!!!  Might hit the weight circuit at the gym tonight as well!

- warm up walking to the employers pond
2min jogging, 1min walking for a couple of laps, then 2 1/2 min joggin, 1 min walking, then 1 min jogging, 30sec walking, 1min jogging, 30 seconds 'running" then walking back to the gym

2 sets of 20 ----
45lb chest press, plank pulls (underhand grip), overhead press (20lb), Captains chair (center, left, center, right etc)

We talked about me signing up for the Sprint Tri on the beach and I think I am going to do it. She was like you guys "sign up and pay, that will make you commit even more to achieving it"

Had a day off Saturday and only once in the gym on Sunday...so Monday was a two day work out.  Morning...Treadmill...complete hills and afternoon, and exciting Power Cling/Ring dip workout at crossfit.  Completed the CFFB Lizzie (with less weights-only 50 on the clings) in 6 min 33 seconds....

Either going to do sprints at track this afternoon or do 40min of Zumba on the Xbox360.
