finally finally finally got into the gym this morning.  felt really good to get back at it.

60 min spin followed by 60 min of strength training.

 I slept through my alarm and was kinda pissed because I wanted to hit the spin class this AM.  How are Any's classes?

Mowing my big ass lawn when I get home.

I finally got to run yesterday.  Missed working out for almost an entire week while we traveled back and forth to Michigan for my DH mother's funeral.  It was cold and rainy during the times I had the opportunity to run, and that is where I draw the line.........I'M NOT RUNNING IN THE RAIN-NOT THIS GIRL.  Well, I might get caught in the rain while running, but I do not intenionally start out in it.

After all the crap I ate while traveling and the lack of exercise, I am so happy to get back to my routine!  I guess you really can get to where you are so physically and mentally used to exercising that you "crave" it when it is missing......THANK GOD I'M THERE!!

1hr with the PT,
warm up 15min bike varying resistance / speed (I always forget to look at distance)

21,15,9's 4 stations , 2 minutes jump rope between rounds
- 12lb med ball wall toss
- pushups
- tricep dips
- 12lb med ball bicep curl / overhead press stepping up on sidewalk ledge (seemed about 3ft tall lol)

Then my work sponsored an outing for the supervisors where we did a 2hr scavenger hunt at the naval aviation museum.. ... huge place, 2 stories and I rounded it several (several!) times.

40 minutes on the elliptical, 60 minutes of strength training. Did barbell squats for the first time- which is a nsv for me since my knees always hurt too much before to do them.
