Thursday Workouts
I went to my 2nd every spin class. Last week the intern taught it and it was tough... today my personal trainer taught it and it was killer!! Jump, hover, jump, hover, jump ... you get the idea! Hill sprints, seated sprints, zone 4 hill climbs.
The only thing beginner about that class is they teach you how to set up the bike lol

25.8 mile hilly interval like ride. Lotsa win in the face on the ride back, but otherwise real nice day to ride here in the Hudson Valley. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/169737693
