Really 5k? I'm already tired in 500m.. wow I have a lot of run and walk to do before I can do that.

I went out this morning and never really felt up to it even though I had to get in the car and drive to one of my favorite spots.  I ran about a half mile but didn't feel it so instead of heading home, I took off my shoes and socks and ran barefoot for another half mile.  I must say that it felt really good.  I might have to pick up a pair of vibrums this weekend.  I'm trying trying to get in touch with my hippie self.  My total for the morning was exactly one mile! + some stretching as the sun rose over the water in front of me.  Not a bad way to start the day even though the running was pretty lame.

 Just getting on the work out wagon since having my Gallbladder out and a few hernia fixed.

I did 30 mins on the eliptical at the gym this am. Hoping to catch a Zumba class tonight, or a jog with my daughter.
