 1mile walk this morning, hour and a half crazy gardening, 30 minutes push ups, lunges, squats, etc.

Rest day ... Wednesday is deadlIft day so i have to be completly rested.

 Took my new non-tri but lovely comfy bike out for a spin today.  just 15 minutes, but enough to think that I made a great purchase!
