saturday workouts
finally got a decent workout in this week... hit a spin class this morning, did a 2 mile brick on the TM after spin and then hit the weights for 45 minutes or so. i feel so much better now.
Where are we going?? And why am I in this handbasket??

Did 15 miles on my bike witha big 1 mile climb, in very windy weather, and then a 5 mile hike.
