 3 mile walk with the dogs.  Beautiful afternoon.

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

ran three miles before work    guess i was moving quick.. had a woman slow down in her car put the window down and say "ive never seen a guy your size move that fast just wow!"  I been getting  that alot lately...when i am running..  sparring muay thai ...swimming...  bicycle riding.. I mean im not huge anymore..guess ill have to loose more before people stop saying that...

ugh.  life interupted.   third day off from working out in a row, just got back from a biz trip from Colorado and now am heading out on another one to Texas on Sunday.  very frustrating.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

2 min jog / run (5.0), 1min walk, 2min jog / run 4.7

modified tobada - 4 rounds of 20 sec work 10 sec rest
- push press, wide pushups, reverse lunge with high kick, overhead pull (20lb), decline situps w/ 8lb med ball toss, pullup jumps, lateral squats

 45 minutes treadmill going between running and high incline. Arm machines. Squats, lunges.
