I didn't see a thread and was so excited I couldn't wait.... I did my first spin class today. Granted it was "only" 30 minutes, but it was awesome and tough!  I'll be back next week to take it again!

Ok... now y'all can tell me what you did so I can set high goals   :)

I did my second class of Krav Maga today.. not NEARLY as bad, maybe this exercise thing is not all that bad!

Day 2 of Couch 2 5k tomorrow at lunchtime!

 unexpected rest day.  I am tired. Very, very, tired.  I am going to try listening to my body for a change.  Going to try not to get all twisted because I didnt exercise. Blah.
